The Board of BSC DRUKARNIA OPAKOWAŃ S.A. based in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), acting on the basis of § 103 item 1 of the Order of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (hereinafter referred to as "the Order"), hereby publishes the dates of delivering periodic statements in the financial year 2017.

Periodic statements shall be published on the following dates:

  1. Consolidated quarterly statements of BSC Drukarnia Opakowań S.A. Capital Group:

    • Consolidated quarterly statement for I quarter of 2017 - 15 May 2017

    • Consolidated quarterly statement for III quarter of 2017 - 15 November 2017

  2. Consolidated semi-annual statement of BSC Drukarnia Opakowań S.A. Capital Group for I half-year of 2017 - 31 August 2017

  3. Annual statements:

  • The Company's annual statement for the year 2016 - 24 March 2017

  • Consolidated annual statement of BSC Drukarnia Opakowań S.A. Capital Group for the year 2016 - 24 March 2017

At the same time the Board informs that, in accordance with § 83 item 1 of the Order, the Company shall not publish separate (individual) quarterly statements. The consolidated quarterly statements of BSC Drukarnia Opakowań S.A. Capital Group shall contain quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Board hereby informs that, in accordance with § 83 item 3 of the Order, the Company shall not publish separate (individual) semi-annual statement. The consolidated semi-annual statement of BSC Drukarnia Opakowań S.A. Capital Group shall contain the condensed consolidated semi-annual financial statement and the condensed semi-annual separate financial statement.

In accordance with § 101 item 2 of the Order, the Company shall not publish the quarterly statement or the consolidated quarterly statement for the last (IV) quarter of the financial year 2016, and the Company shall not publish the quarterly statement or the consolidated quarterly statement for II quarter of the financial year 2017.

Detailed legal basis:

§103 item 1 of the Order of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 no 33 item 259 as amended).
