On August 3, 2021, Terence P. Fox delivered notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Broadwind, Inc., effective immediately. Mr. Fox’s resignation from the Board did not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Fox was the chairman of the Board’s Governance/Nominating Committee and also served on the Board’s Compensation Committee. Upon the effective date of Mr. Fox’s resignation, Philip J. Christman replaced Mr. Fox as the chairman of the Governance/Nominating Committee.

Industrial Solutions provides supply chain solutions, light fabrication, inventory management, kitting, and assembly services, primarily serving the combined cycle natural gas turbine market. It also provides packaging solutions and fabricates panels and sub-assemblies.
