The Board of Stone Resources Australia Limited announced that Albert Longo has resigned from the CFO/Company Secretary role with effect from October 12, 2012 to pursue other interests. The company announced the appointment of Messrs. Francis Hui and Sheng Lu as joint Company Secretary of the company.
Mr. Francis Hui will also be appointed as the CFO of the company.
