("BrightPoint Americas") has entered into an agreement with Digital Leash ("ProtectCell") a company that safeguards consumers' wireless lifestyles with industry leading innovative protection solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, BrightPoint Americas will offer a comprehensive suite of wireless device lifecycle services to ProtectCell. BrightPoint Americas will provide forward and reverse logistics, including direct-to-consumer fulfillment, triage, repair, refurbishment and recycling of wireless devices. 

ProtectCell offers consumers solutions that protect not only the mobile device if it is lost or stolen, but also content stored on the device. Through its software offerings, ProtectCell aims to safeguard what the consumer uses the device for in today's non-tethered world.
