Yap Xi Ming Resigns as Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee of BRC Asia Limited

The Board of Directors of BRC Asia Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Yap Xi Ming as Non-Executive Director of the company and a member of
the Audit Committee with effect from 17 June 2014.
