BranchOut Food Inc. announced that it has entered into a subscription agreement for a private placement of $1,525,000 in round of funding on May 14, 2024. The company has issued senior secured promissory notes and warrants in the transaction. The notes carries 15% rate of interest.

The notes will mature on December 31, 2024.
