(BRPR3) ("Company") hereby informs the market that, on this date, the Board of Directors held a meeting and accepted the resignation of Mr. Felipe Romano as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 5, of the Company's Bylaws, Mr. Rafael Gonçalves de Souza was appointed to hold office as a board member, with a term of office until the next Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company.
