Boryszew : Notification on change of shares

Boryszew S.A. (the company) announces that the company received on 11 January, 2017 the

notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Fundusz) informing that

Fundusz purchased shares of Boryszew in transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (settlement

of the transaction was 4 January, 2017).

This transaction resulted in that Fundusz increased its ownership of shares in excess of 5% of votes at

the General Meeting of the Company.

Before the transaction - Fundusz owned 130,111 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted

0.05% of equity. The possessed shares have given 130,111 votes at the GM of Boryszew S.A., which

are equal to 0.05% of the total number of votes at the GM.

After the transaction - Fundusz owned 14,773,261 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which

constituted 6.16% of equity. The possessed shares have given 14,773,261 votes at the GM of

Boryszew S.A., which are equal to 6.16% of the total number of votes at the GM.
