Boryszew : Granting a corporate security for liabilities of subsidiary

The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw informs that it signed a Corporate Security Agreement for liabilities of the company Boryszew Oberflächentechnik Deutschland GmbH (BOD) with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on 26 January 2016. The above mentioned liabilities resulted from the following credits agreements concluded on 29 October 2015:
- term credits agreements up to EUE 20, 338,000.00,
- revolving credit agreement up to EUR 1,500,000.00
with the purpose to reconstruction and rebuilt the galvanization workshop of parts for the automotive section in Prenzlau. According to the above mentioned agreements the balance of using the credits cannot exceed the amount of EUR 11,500,000.00. The Boryszew's security has been granted to the maximum amount of EUR 21,838,000.00 for the period up to 31 December 2026 with a condition that till 31 December 2016 it will be decreased up to EUR 10,338,000.00. In the successive periods the security amount would be automatically decreased by the amounts of capitals part payments paid by BOD.
The payment for Boryszew S.A. due to the granted security has been established on the market conditions.
The company Boryszew Oberflächentechnik Deutschland GmbH is an indirect subsidiary of Boryszew S.A.
