POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Bonny International Holding Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors that, based on a preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020 (the "Period"), the Group expects to record improvement in the Group's profit for the Period as compared to same period in 2019. The profit is expected to increase by approximately RMB15 million as compared with the loss attributable to owners of the parent company of approximately RMB2.4 million for the same period in 2019 (excluding listing expenses of approximately RMB9.3 million). The expected increase in profit for the Period was primarily attributable to the increase in facial mask sales.

As stated in the announcements of the Company dated 17 March 2020 and 29 May 2020 in relation to the production of seamless environmental protective masks ("Seamless Facial Masks") through the Company's seamless production technology and change in use of proceeds, respectively, the Company has completed the research and development and produced Seamless Facial Masks and disposable non-woven KN95 facial masks ("KN95 Masks") successfully. The Company has received orders of Seamless Facial Masks and KN95 Masks from a well-known underwear company in the United States and a company in China during the Period. Based on a preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Period, facial mask sales revenue of the Company amounted to approximately RMB78 million.

The Company is still in the process of finalising the details of its financial results and performance for the Period. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to read carefully the interim results announcement of the Company for the Period which is expected to be published on or before 31 August 2020 in accordance with the Listing Rules.
