The board of directors of Bonjour Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Kwan Tat Cheong (Mr. Kwan) has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Company and will cease to act as an authorised representative of the Company for the purpose of Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules) (the Authorised Representative for the purpose of the Listing Rules) with effect from 6 December 2021 as he intended to devote more time to his other business commitments. Mr. Kwan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Following the resignation of Mr. Kwan, the Board announced that in replacement of Mr. Kwan, Mr. Wong Iu Ming (Mr. Wong) in addition to being the company secretary of the Company and an authorised representative of the Company to accept service of process in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), will also take up the role of the Authorised Representative for the purpose of the Listing Rules, with effect from 6 December 2021.
