Commenting on the MBO Jeff Barber said:

"Metropolis has had to deal with some significant changes within the industry over the last few years.  However the Company is now well positioned with the new management team for a period of sustained growth."

Parminder Basran said:

"After our investment in lp33.tv (online music channel and joint venture partner for the McDonald's Channel) in California, USA, the Metropolis Group is our second media and entertainment deal at Twenty Ten Capital and our first in the UK.  We feel we have backed an extremely youthful, bright and energetic management team to firmly move the group to become a modern, forward thinking and innovative digital media, gaming and entertainment business."
