FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

Unieuro rises more than 36 percent to EUR11.24 per share. Fnac-Darty SA and Ruby Equity Investment Sàrl announced Tuesday evening that they have entered into an investment agreement aimed at jointly promoting a voluntary tender offer to purchase and exchange the 19.8 million ordinary shares of Unieuro Spa not yet held.

The offer is aimed at delisting Unieuro's shares from Euronext Milan.

Giglio Group rises 17 percent to EUR0.37 per share. The company announced the launch of OMNIA. The new advanced technology platform, based on artificial intelligence, represents the innovative merger and evolution of Giglio Group's two proprietary platforms Flex and Nimbus, and offers an integrated end-to-end approach to managing both the physical and online purchasing process, from the initial order stage to final delivery.

Eems gives up 5.6 percent to EUR0.20 per share. The company announced Tuesday evening that the entire board of directors resigned effective as of the date of the reconstitution of the company's administrative body, which will be re-elected on August 29 by the shareholders' meeting.

All directors-except Stefano Modena and Fabio Ramondelli, who were appointed by co-optation on May 20 and June 18, respectively-were appointed by the June 8, 2023 shareholders' meeting for the 2023-2025 financial years and taken from the only list submitted by the controlling shareholder Gruppo Industrie Riunite Srl.

The resignations are related to the recent change of control of Gruppo Industrie Riunite, which was acquired by LIL Finingest Srl, and are functional to enable the appointment of a new administrative body that can reflect the company's new control structure.

Beewize gives up 4.5 percent to EUR0.64 per share. The stock has left 9.2% on the parterre in the last month and 0.3% in the last year, while it has rallied 33% in the last six months.
