Bartronics India Limited (NSEI:ASMS) agreed to acquire 30% stake in Ampivo Smart Technologies Private Limited from Satya Poorna Chand Rao for approximately INR 218 million on June 9, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, Bartronics India Limited will issue shares of total Value INR 217.64977 million. The transaction is expected to close in the next 3 to 6 months from the current date and is subject to the approval of the shareholders and such other regulatory or statutory approvals.
