Bank Millennium : Resolution of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on maintaining other systematically important institution buffer on the same level

Referring to the current reports no 29/2017 dated on 27th of November 2017 and 33/2017 dated on 12 December 2017, the Management Board of Bank Millennium SA ('Bank') hereby informs that having regard to the resolution no 557 of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Bank has received the decision on imposing the other systematically important institution buffer on Bank Millennium SA (on a stand-alone and consolidated basis) equal to 0.25% of the total risk exposure calculated in accordance to art. 92.3 of the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms. After this decision, the buffer remains unchanged.
