of Unitholders and 2021 Annual Report of Bangkok Commercial Property Fund on the

One Asset Management Limited ("ONEAM") in the capacity as the Management Company
of Bangkok Commercial Property Fund ("BKKCP") would like to inform that for the
convenience of unitholders to be able to consider information regarding the
2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders promptly, ONEAM has posted the
invitation letter of 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders and 2021 annual
report with attached documents on the company's website www.one-asset.com on 30
March 2022.
The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders will be held on Monday 25 April 
2022, at 10 a.m. by mean of electronic meeting (E-AGM) only, without additional
arrangement for place/meeting venue for unitholders.
