Court of Appeal on Banca Italease
Verona, 25 January 2012 - Banco Popolare has taken note of the partial positive revision in appeal of the judgment with which Banca Italease was sentenced to the forfeiture of about euro 50 million in the proceeding by virtue of law 231/01. Pending the publication of the grounds for the decision, that have not been disclosed yet, we fully trust that our claims are solid enough to be upheld by the Cassation Court, with a total reform of the judgments on the merits.
