12/31/2011 - Clarifications
Dear Sirs,
We are writing to you regarding the rectification letter on
section 62 submitted on today's date, in order to
clarify that in the item related to the Restriction on Profit
Distribution, by application of the calculation method
established by the Argentine Central Bank (BCRA), Banco
Patagonia S.A. will not be able to distribute profits through
payment of a cash dividend.
We would like to inform that the Entity's Board of
Directors is analyzing at present several alternatives to
propose to the Shareholders' General Meeting, which will
take a decision on the distributable profits destination.
