Banca Carige Receives Interest from Investors

Four investors are reportedly showing interest to acquire stake in Banca Carige S.p.A. (BIT:CRG) from Fondazione Cassa Di Risparmio Di Genova E Imperia. Andrea Bonomi, Apollo Management Holdings, L.P., Bridge Center Partners and Malacalza are the investors for the stake, Corriere della Sera reported. According to sources close to Fondazione Carige's adviser Banca IMI said that the foundation is holding talks with all parties without giving exclusivity to anyone just yet.
