Bal Pharma Limited announced that Dr. C. V. Srinivas, independent Director of the Company has completed his tenure of five years as independent Director and he ceases to be on the Board of the Company with effect from June 28, 2024. Consequently, Dr.C.V Srinivas shall also cease to be the Chairman/Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stake Holders Relationship Committee & Corporate Social Responsibility Committees of the Company.
