(Alliance News) - BF Spa reported Thursday that Arum Spa has purchased 5,670 ordinary shares in the company.
The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR3.8253, for a total value of EUR21,689.45.
BF's stock on Thursday closed at a par at EUR3.85 per share.
