Non - renounceable entitlement offer - Additional information for Eligible Shareholders

Axiom Mining Limited ('Axiom' or 'the Company') has now provided further information to Eligible Shareholders following the despatch of the Second Supplementary Prospectus dated 28 March 2017 ('Second Supplementary Prospectus') which includes a personalised Entitlement & Acceptance Form.

Participation by Eligible Shareholders:

Eligible Shareholders wishing to participate in the Entitlement Offer should follow the instructions set out in the Entitlement & Acceptance Form accompanying the Second Supplementary Prospectus and read the terms as set out in the Prospectus dated 1 March 2017, First Supplementary Prospectus dated 6 March 2017 and the Second Supplementary Prospectus (together the 'Disclosure Documents').

If you had previously subscribed for new Axiom shares under the Entitlement Offer, and submitted payment of funds you do not need to do anything unless you wish to withdraw your Subscription.

If you had previously subscribed for new Axiom shares and wish to apply for additional Axiom shares please read the Disclosure Documents and follow the instructions in the Entitlement and Acceptance Form accompanying the Second Supplementary Prospectus enclosed with this letter.

Eligible Shareholders:

The offers contained in the Disclosure Documents will be offered to all shareholders of the Company with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand as at the record date of 6 March 2017.
