Autonomix Medical, Inc. (NasdaqCM:AMIX) agreed to acquire Licensed Intellectual Property of RF Innovations, Inc for $0.15 million on July 10, 2024. The consideration consists of 0.25 million common equity of Autonomix Medical, Inc. to be issued for RF Innovations, Inc. The transaction is expected to close before the end of July 2024.
