Aucfan Co., Ltd. (TSE:3674) agreed to acquire Zerodiv Inc. from Takayuki Harakami on March 27, 2018. Parties decided to conclude the agreement on March 28, 2018. Under the transaction, Aucfan Co., Ltd. acquires 192 shares. During the financial year ended March 2017, Zerodiv Inc. reported net assets of ¥62.9, total assets of ¥261.6 million, sales of ¥260 million, operating profit of ¥1.2 million and net income of ¥0.23 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Aucfan Co., Ltd. The transaction will be effective on March 31, 2018.
