The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Atlinks Group Limited (the "Company") announced that Ms. Dora Ho ("Ms. Ho") has tendered her resignation as an executive Director and the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") with effect from 15 August 2023 as Ms. Ho would like to devote more time to her personal affairs. Given Ms. Ho's resignation, she ceased to act as the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules and for accepting service for process or notice in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (together the "Authorised Representative") and compliance officer of the Company with effect from 15 August 2023. Following the resignation of Ms. Ho, the Board announced that Mr. Wong Chung Ho ("Mr. Wong") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative in replacement of Ms. Ho, each with effect from 15 August 2023.

Mr. Wong, aged 50, joined Atlinks Asia Limited as Group Financial Controller on 1 July 2023. Mr. Wong is responsible for looking after the operations, human resources, finance and administration. Mr. Wong graduated from University of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada in 2000 with a Bachelor Degree in Management ­ major in both Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Wong qualified as a USCPA ­ The Guam Board of Accountancy in the year 2015, and further obtained CPA of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Atlinks, he worked for DSSP Global Limited, a subsidiary of Pearl Global Industries Limited, a company listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited in India, as a Financial Controller since July 2016. Mr. Wong was a director of the following private company incorporated in Hong Kong prior to their dissolutions with details as follows: GOLDEN FIELD VIDEO AMUSEMENT COMPANY LIMITED; GOLDEN PROFIT INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED; GRAND CHEER LIMITED; PATENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED; SMART WEALTHY ENTERPRISES LIMITED.

Following the cessation of Ms. Ho as compliance officer, Mr. Long Shing, an executive Director, has been appointed as compliance officer of the Company with effect from 15 August 2023.
