The board of directors meeting of Adamas Incorporation Public Company Limited held on the 9 May 2018, approve the appointment of Mr.Wallop Sripaisal and Mr.Puripat Chumtham as member of the audit committee, the appointment of which shall take an effect as of 9 May 2018.
