The Board of Directors of Asian Granito India Limited has appointed Mr. Kandarp Trivedi, as an Additional Independent Director of the Company, by way of passing circular resolution dated 26th June, 2021. The Company has also appointed Mr. Kandarp Trivedi as Chairman of Audit Committee and as a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee by way of passing circular resolution dated 26th June, 2021.
