Asahi Kogyosha Co., Ltd. announced special dividend of JPY 40.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2024, payable on June 28, 2024.
For the year, 2025, the company expects to pay a Commemorative dividend of JPY 10.00 per share.
ASAHI KOGYOSHA CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the design, supervision, and construction of air conditioning and sanitary equipment. The Company operates in two business segments. The Installation Work segment is primarily involved in the design, supervision and construction of air-conditioning and sanitation equipment. The Manufacture and Sale of Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of environmental equipment, such as precision environmental control equipment for semiconductors and flat panel display manufacturing equipment. The other businesses include the insurance agency business, construction insurance for domestic group companies and other non-life insurance agency business.
