一、The Board of Directors has passed USD4.5M Convertible loan to
Zentry on November 11.2021, March 15, 2022 and May 12,2022.
二、Up to now, Zentry's actual borrowed amount is USD1.2M. The Board
of directors of the Company has resolved to convert the borrowed
US$1.2M as capital to Zentry under Array Networks Inc. (Cayman).
The cumulative total investment in Zentry is US$11.2M after
conversion. And, the convertible loan to Zentry under Array
Networks Inc. (Cayman) will be decrease from US$4.5M to US$3.3M.
