On January 11, 2016, Ephraim Fields announced that he has sent a letter to the Board of Arotech Corporation demanding, pursuant to Section 220 of the Delaware General Corporation Law, the opportunity to inspect and make or receive copies of certain records of the Company relating to, among other things, the names and address of the Company's stockholders. Ephraim Fields continued that the purpose of the demand letter is to enable communications with fellow stockholders on matters relating to the stockholders' common interests, including the upcoming proxy contest.
