PT Sinar Mas Group agreed to acquire 10.18% stake in Arion Technology, Inc. (KOSDAQ:3 A058220) from Gemini Value Fund No. 1 and Gemini Investment Corporation.

PT Sinar Mas Group agreed to acquire 10.18% stake in Arion Technology, Inc. (KOSDAQ:3 A058220) from Gemini Value Fund No. 1 and Gemini Investment Corporation (KOSDAQ:A019570) on December 14, 2016. Sinarmas Association will acquire 2.84 million shares.

Gemini Value Fund No. 1 will reduce holding from 4.86 million shares to 2.25 million shares. Gemini Investment Corporation will reduce holding from 0.48 million shares to 0.25 million shares.
