ARB Holdings Limited's board has resolved to declare a dividend of 25.0 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2017, representing the maximum pay-out in terms of the company's dividend policy. In addition, the board has resolved to again declare a special dividend of 10.0 cents per share in order to return excess cash to shareholders. Shares commence trading ex dividend date is September 13, 2017, record date is September 15, 2017, and payment date is on September 18, 2017.
