Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 26, 2021, Marc Rowan, Senior Managing Director and Director of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he has terminated his trading plan adopted pursuant to Rule 10b5-1(c) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "10b5-1 Plan"). The 10b5-1 Plan was previously disclosed on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 7, 2020, and was terminated without any trades having been executed thereunder.
