Annaly Capital Management, Inc. announced that the Board of Directors of the company has elected Eric A. Reeves, Managing Director, Head of Private Capital Investments of Duchossois Capital Management (“DCM”) and General Counsel & Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer of The Duchossois Group, as an independent member of the Board, effective March 19, 2021. Mr. Reeves has served as Managing Director, Head of Private Capital Investments of DCM since 2017. Mr. Reeves has been appointed to the Board’s Nominating/Corporate Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committees.
Annaly Capital Management, Inc. is a diversified capital manager with investment strategies across mortgage finance. The Company owns a portfolio of real estate-related investments, including mortgage pass-through certificates, collateralized mortgage obligations, credit risk transfer (CRT) securities, and other securities representing interests in or obligations backed by pools of mortgage loans, residential mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights (MSR).
