The Board of Directors of the Amplefield Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ng Chin Hoo as an Independent Director and an Audit Committee member of the company with effect from September 15, 2015. He is working as director of EXA Capital Sdn Bhd, Malaysia from 2001 to 2015 and December 2013 to 2015 working as Independent Director of SHL Consolidated Bhd, Malaysia.
