PRESS RELEASE AMOEBA extend its commercial network in Italy: signature of a Letter of Intent with NCR Biochemical

Lyon, Castello d'Argile, 5th January 2017 - AMOEBA (FR0011051598 - AMEBA), the producer of a biological biocide capable of eliminating the risk of waterborne bacteria, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with NCR Biochemical prior to entering into a definitive agreement regarding the distribution of its BIOMEBA product in Italy. This agreement is subject to marketing authorization (MA) that may happen during the first semester of 2017.

This new LOI follows the agreement signed at the end of 2015 with the company DREWO and strengthens the position of AMOEBA in Italy. The partnership with NCR Biochemical enables AMOEBA to extend the distribution of its BIOMEBA product for the treatment of cooling towers in the industrial and tertiary markets.

AMOEBA now counts a total of 12 distributors spread over the European and American continents.
