Amit Spinning Industries Limited informed to the Exchange that Mrs. Shivani Gupta, Non-Executive Independent Director vide her email dated 15 March 2019, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company due to personal reasons. Consequent to the resignation of Mrs. Shivani Gupta, She ceased to be member of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and stakeholder relationship committee of the Board.
