On September 30, 2020, Neil M. Koehler, the Co-President of Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (the ‘company’) retired from the company as previously planned, and no longer serves as Co-President of the company. Mr. Koehler will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors until the company’s upcoming annual meeting of stockholders scheduled to be held on November 18, 2020. On September 30, 2020, with Mr. Koehler’s retirement, Michael D. Kandris, who was previously the Co-President of the company, became the sole President of the company. Mr. Kandris also continues to serve as the Chief Operating Officer and as a director of the company.
