Alpha Teknova, Inc. Announces Robert Mcnamara, to Resign from Board of Directors, Effective August 31, 2023

On July 6, 2023, Robert McNamara, a member of the Board of Directors of Alpha Teknova, Inc. notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2023. Mr. McNamara informed the Company that his decision to resign is due to his other personal and professional commitments and does not arise from any disagreement with the Board or the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices or any disagreements in respect of accounting principles, financial statement disclosures, or any issue impacting the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr. McNamara currently serves as the Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee and as a member of the Board’s Compensation Committee.
The Company thanks Mr. McNamara for his service on the Board and wishes him well.
Alpha Teknova, Inc. is a producer of critical reagents for the research, discovery, development, and commercialization of therapies, vaccines, and molecular diagnostics. It offers two primary business lines, which include lab essentials and clinical solutions.
