IR Resources Limited Announces Retirement of Cheung Yin Keung as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee of the Board

IR Resources Limited announced that at its AGM held on June 30, 2020, the resolution was not passed at the AGM, Mr. Cheung Yin Keung has retired as an independent non-executive Director and ceased to be a member of audit committee of the Board with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.
