Marc Reisch to Become Chairman of Phoenix Color Corp. and a Member of the Board of Directors of ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc

ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc. announced that it has entered into a Purchase Agreement to acquire all of the outstanding capital stock of Phoenix Color Corp. from Visant Corporation. Upon the closing of the acquisition, Marc Reisch will become Chairman of Phoenix Color and a member of the board of directors of ALJ.
