Aldershot Resources Ltd. ("Aldershot" or the "Company") announces that, through its wholly owned subsidiary Royal USA Inc., it has signed a binding Letter of Intent for the sale of Royal's Wyoming Hauber Project for a total consideration of $20,000 (US). The consideration paid shall be applied towards operating expenses.
The Company will focus on its four remaining uranium/vanadium and magnetite properties in the United States. These properties consist of one magnetite property, the Iron Sands Project in western Utah; and three uranium properties, the recently purchased Green river South Project in eastern Utah, the Wray Mesa Project in western Colorado, and the Alzada Project in south eastern Montana.
Mike Leidich, Aldershot President and CEO said, "We have excellent uranium/vanadium properties in the United States that are amenable to both conventional and ISR recovery methods plus our magnetite property in Utah. The sale of the Hauber property will enable us to concentrate our focus and engineering talent on these remaining properties and resources."

This transaction will be exempt from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 as neither the fair market value of the asset or the consideration paid by Strata Energy Inc. will exceed 25% of the Company's market capitalization.
