Akash Pandey and others signed a letter of intent to acquire 74% stake in Birmitrapur Barkote Highway Private Limited from AJR Infra and Tolling Limited (NSEI:AJRINFRA) for INR 0.20 million on July 6, 2024. As part of the transaction, 0.007 million shares of Birmitrapur Barkote Highway will be sold. AJR Infra and Tolling is yet to execute the entered into Share Purchase Agreement.

Upon completion of the formalities for sale/transfer, Birmitrapur Barkote Highway would cease to be a subsidiary of AJR Infra and Tolling.
