Growth in 2007 revenue
For FY 2007, consolidated revenue totalled €50.2 million, an increase of +50.7% on 2006.
Consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter of 2007 totalled €13.8 million, up +45.4% on the final
quarter of 2006. The fourth quarter of 2007 confirmed an annual growth level in line with the Group's
estimates.
On a constant scope basis, revenue from Adenclassifieds alone totalled €46.6 million in 2007, up 40%
on the previous year.

At 31 December 2007, value-added services represented 14% of total consolidated revenue, versus
10% in 2006.
Recruitment
For FY 2007, consolidated revenue from Recruitment activity totalled €39.7 million, up 40.4% on the
2006 figure (+36.5% organically).
Adenclassifieds has further reaffirmed its leadership position in online Recruitment in France, with a
market share of 30.8% in terms of audience (source: Médiamétrie Netratings, 2007 annual average)
and an average volume of 106,648 job offers across its Recruitment sites (Cadremploi, Keljob,
Cmonjob?).
The number of clients invoiced relative to Recruitment activity in France in 2007 was 8,639
(deduplicated). The average sum invoiced in 2007 reached €5,006 per client.
Adenclassifieds' Recruitment clientele remains diversified:
? large companies that recruit on a recurrent basis (in the image of CAC 40 companies, all of
whom were clients in 2007);
? small and medium-sized companies whose requirements are more ad hoc (generally
processed via telesales and e-commerce);
? temping agencies and software and computer services companies;
? recruitment agencies and head-hunters (profession represented within the Company's capital
by SICCER). On this client target, Adenclassifieds' penetration rate reached 75% in 2007.

This sales performance illustrates the success of the operational merger of Recruitment activity in
France, which has fully benefited from the effects of cross-selling and the broadening of the product
and service offer available to our clients.
The Company would like to point out that the Recruitment market is a high-potential one structurally, in
France, given demographic pressures and the increasing mobility of the active population. All
forecasts for the executives market anticipate a year of record recruitments in 2008.
Property
In 2007, consolidated revenue from Property activity totalled €8.0 million, up 135.8% on the 2006
figure (+69% organically).
Adenclassifieds has confirmed its position as a serious challenger on the French online Property
market, with an average audience of 724,000 unique visitors a month in 2007 (source: Médiamétrie

Netratings) and a volume of 301,000 deduplicated Property classifieds at 31 December 2007.
On the New Property segment, Adenclassifieds is leader on the Internet via its Explorimmoneuf.com
site, whose clientele consists of property developers (a profession represented within the Company's
capital by PORTIMMO).
The number of clients invoiced relative to Property activity in France in 2007 was 3,804. The average
amount invoiced in 2007 was €2,148 per client (or €179 a month).
?Classifieds and Communication? represented 66.2% of consolidated Property revenue in 2007, whilst
value-added services (web agency, property software) represented 33.8% of revenue thanks to the
acquisition of Open Media.
The development of Explorimmo in the French Regions bore fruit, with the proportion of French clients
outside Paris reaching 42% in 2007 versus 25% in 2006.
Within a Property market that is currently seeing an adjustment phase following years of buoyant
growth, in 2008 Adenclassifieds will continue to benefit from:
? increasing professional intermediation on transactions;
? an increase in marketing budgets invested by professionals;
? an acceleration in the transfer of paper towards the Internet.
Training
In 2007, consolidated revenue from the Group's Training activity totalled €2.5 million, up 52.9% on
2006 (+41.7% organically).
Adenclassifieds has reaffirmed its intention of developing its activity on this emerging Internet market
where the Company holds a first entrant and leadership position, with an average of 488,000 visits per
month in 2007 (source: Xiti) and an average annual volume of close to 50,000 training offers.
The number of clients invoiced relative to Training activity in France in 2007 was 526, with an average
2007 invoice of €4,397 per client.
Launched at the outset with a ?meta-engine? model aimed at large training organisations, Kelformation
has broadened its offer since December by jointly developing a ?media site? model, which now makes
it possible to also address the expectations of training organisations that do not yet have their own
site.

Acquisitions and other key events
2007 was the first full 12-month year for the Company. Listed on Eurolist by Euronext Paris since
March 2007, the Adenclassifieds group recorded buoyant organic growth for all three of its activities,
completed by a targeted acquisition policy in France and across Europe whilst fully meeting the stated
valuation criteria.
In France, Adenclassifieds expanded through the acquisition, in January 2007, of Open Media, a web
agency specialising in property, notably in Southern France, and the acquisition in January 2008 of
Cadresonline, a major player in executive recruitment who will further strengthen our leadership
position on the online Recruitment market in France.
Elsewhere in Europe, Adenclassifieds acquired a position on the German Training market by acquiring
Seminus in July 2007.
Adenclassifieds has also instigated an active policy of signing partnerships with France's main ISPs
and media sites, the aim being to acquire traffic and increase the audience of the Group's sites. In this
respect, we remind you of the recently-signed partnership with Groupe Tests that gives
Adenclassifieds exclusive use of the 01Net sites' Recruitment and Training chains from 2008.
Lastly, Adenclassifieds has initiated an ambitious Human Resources policy, with the arrival of
specialists in its three activities as well as the strengthening of its administrative bodies.
2007 results

At the current time, the Company expects to post, for FY 2007, an EBITDA pre-IFRS2(**) margin of
between 18 and 20% of consolidated revenue, versus 11% in 2006.

At 31 December 2007 the Group had close to €17 million in Deferred Revenue that will be written
down in 2008 results. At the same date, our net cash position was €61 million prior to the purchase of
Cadres On line that took place in January 2008 for a total of €11.7 million. The Company's financial
means raised on the market at the time of the IPO in March 2007 (€49 million) are thus still intact and
available to pursue our announced targeted acquisition policy. This cash situation also reflects
Adenclassifieds' ability to record substantial cash flow.?

and provisions, and before taking into account the IFRS2 effects associated with Founder's shares subscription
