SALEM, Ore., July 27 -- /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ad Systems Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADSY), a leading service provider of digital media and video communications for major cable TV networks, today announced preliminary financial results for the second quarter which ended June 30, 2010. Based on preliminary financial data, the Company anticipates that second quarter revenue will show approximately 70% year-over-year growth. Sequential revenue growth is expected to show an increase of 50 to 55%.

Respected analysis group, Enders Analysis (www.endersanalysis.com/), predicted that the advertising market would grow strongly this year despite the lack of visibility after the November election. Enders Analysis recently increased its growth forecast for TV advertising revenue for 2010 for a second time this year, raising its prediction from 4 percent in March to 10 percent.

Ad Systems has deployed its technology to a customer base of 300,000 subscribers, primarily in previously un-served cable TV markets in the tier two and tier three communities. The Company is now poised to expand its customer base to over 1,000,000 subscribers by the deployment of multi-year contracted cable TV Systems which are awaiting installation.

Based on the July 2008 In-Stat Study: US Addressable TV Advertising, cable operators capture approximately $5-$6 per household per month by providing geographically zoned advertising.

"We are experiencing regional and national ad sales increases across all of our markets and are especially encouraged by sales growth in recently added markets. Many new and existing national and regional advertisers such as Lexus, Buick, GMC, Lions Gate, KFC Arby's have increased their presence in our existing markets and have readily entered into our newly added DMA's," states J. Michael Heil, CEO of Ad Systems Communications, Inc.
