Accuracy Shipping Limited (NSEI:ACCURACY) executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire remaining 40% stake in Jayant Logistics Private Limited from Prashant Mukesh Patel and others for INR 4.3 million on September 17, 2022. Th consideration paid in cash for acquiring remaining shares of 2,41,533 shares. After the acquisition of remaining 40% stake Jayant Logistics become wholly owned subsidiary of Accuracy Shipping.

The turnover for the financial year end of March 31, 2022 is INR 68.1 million. The deal is expected complete on or before September 30, 2022.
