Ablerex Electronics Co., Ltd. announced the change of members of the Remuneration Committee. Name and resume of the previous position holder: C.S. Lin - the 1st to 3rd Remuneration Committee's member of the Company. Name and resume of the new position holder: Y.L. Su - Chairperson of YuGwan Energy Co., Ltd. and independent director of the Company. Effective date of new appointment was June 19, 2020.
