OUTCOME OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF ABC TRANSPORT PLC

Pursuant to the post listing requitements of the Nigerian Exchange (The Exchange) for quoted companies, ABC Transport PIc (The Company) hereby notifies The Exchange and the investing public that at the meeting of the Boatd of Directors of the Company held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, the Board duly considered and approved the following resolutions:

7. That the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended

December 31,,2021, be and are hereby approved.

2. That Mrs. Ifeoma Adeoye be and is hereby appointed a Non-Executive

Director of the Company with effect from 266 March, 2022, subject to ratification by the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Compaay.

The Audited Financial Statements of the Company will be filed with The Exchange on or befote Match 31.,2022. Consequently, the closed period restricting the directors and other insiders from trading on the securities of the Company still remains in place until twenty four (24) hours after the publication'of the Audited Financial Statements to The Exchange and the public.
