4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") informed the participants of the capital market that the Board of Directors of 4iG has decided to transform the strategic, business and operational management of the company group on 17th of August 2022, the purpose of which is to coordinate business and integration processes, as well as more effectively support the telecommunications and IT divisions. As part of the above organizational restructuring, the position of the Chairman and CEO will be separated, as a result, Gellért Zoltán Jászai continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, whose work will be supported by Aladin Ádám Linczényi as Vice-Chairman, and Péter Krisztián Fekete as the new CEO of 4iG. The preparation of strategic decisions will be supported by the Chairman's Cabinet, headed by dr. Kinga Skultéthy.

A board will be established to prepare the activities and strategic, as well as decision-making processes of the company group, the members of which will be: Gellért Zoltán Jászai Chairman, Aladin Ádám Linczényi Vice-Chairman, Péter Krisztián Fekete CEO, Gábor Tomcsányi Deputy CEO for General Business Operations, László Blénessy Deputy CEO for General Business Affairs, as well as Member of the Board of Directors, Csaba Ferenc Thurzó Deputy Chief Financial Officer. The business activities of the IT and telecommunications divisions are supervised by László Blénessy. Within the IT division, the technical and commercial deputy CEO positions will be transformed into director positions.

The changes will be made to the Organisational and Operational Rules of 4iG by 01. September 2022.
