It is also involved in project development of commercial premises and contract work, mainly in the Greater Stockholm area in Sweden. Its operations are structured into five business segments: JM Residential Stockholm, JM Residential Sweden, JM International, JM Property Development and JM Production. In Sweden the Company operates primarily under the JM brand, as well as under the Seniorgarden and Boratt names.
